If you are not using an email client or if you want to login to your email account from any web browser:
- Open your web browser and enter: http://webmail.yourdomainname.com ( if your domain name is www.arizonachiropractors.com you would type in: http://webmail.arizonachiropractors.com )
- Under User Name, enter your full email address ( joe@arizonachiropractors.com )
- Under Password, enter your password then click Log In.
How to setup your email account with Microsoft Outlook:
- On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
- Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
- Select POP3, and then click Next.
- Under User Information , do the following:
- In the Your Name box, type your full name the way you want it to appear to other people.
- In the E-mail Address box, type your full e-mail address ( joe@companyname.com ).
- Under Server Information , do the following:
- In the Incoming mail server (POP3) box and the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type mail.your-domain-name.com ( if your domain name is www.arizonachiropractors.com you would type in: mail.arizonachiropractors.com )
- Under Logon Information , do the following:
- In the User Name box, type your full email address ( joe@companyname.com )
- In the Password box, type your password.
- Select the Remember password check box.
- Do not check the box that says: Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
- Under More Settings click on Outgoing Server. Check this box: My outgoing server requires authentication. Select this circle: Use same settings as my incoming mail server
- Leave everything else empty.
- Under Advanced enter these ports: Incoming - 110, Outgoing - 3535. Do not check the boxes that say: Server requires an encrypted connection. Under Delivery, leave all boxes unchecked.
- Under General enter any name you would like to use to refer to this email account.
- Click OK, and then click Next.
- Click Finish and then send yourself a test message to see if it works.
- Do not click the "test" button in Outlook. You need to test the account by sending a message to yourself.
Please note: There are many other good email clients you may choose to use instead of Microsoft Outlook. For example, an equally good choice is Mozilla Thunderbird.
