Website Maintenance Packages

Our packages are designed for businesses that require ongoing changes and support for their website and want a more dependable, fixed price to achieve this. Support packages include phone and email support and can include site visits for Arizona clients. Prices are based on the depth of the site and the level of support you would like.   • Why should I enroll in a monthly package?
    Good websites are constantly being updated. If you make updates to the design of your site each month, a monthly maintenance package will save you time and money. Typical design firms charge up to $100 an hour for design work. Should you ever need to create banners, product features, content pages, or simply update your design, you can expect to pay anywhere from $200 to $500 for a half-days work! We want to make updating your site easy and affordable and can routinely keep your site fresh for a fixed cost.
  • What kinds of things can I request with Monthly Maintenance?
    We will pick two dates each month. One will be the date you agree to have all your changes submitted and the other will be the date we agree to have your changes activated. During a given month, tally up your updates and ideas and send them all in by the due date we establish. Common requests include updating featured products, creating promotional graphics, responding to your customers design usability requests, creating custom pages to highlight new aspects of your business, and more. We will review your requests and let you know what questions we may have, if any. Also, if any of your requests go outside the scope of our agreement, we will provide you with pricing before we do any work.

  • What is the cost of the program?
    If you wish to enroll in our Monthly Maintenance program, monthly fees start at $50.00 per month and can be increased depending on the depth and complexity of your website. This covers a designers time, once per month, to update your site per your program. These fees are in addition to your hosting fees and are recurring.
  • What if I don't want a monthly maintenance package or want to cancel an existing package?
    You can cancel your maintenance package at anytime. If you don't want a monthly maintenance package, we would still be glad to do any updates to your site and will apply our hourly rate to any changes requested.
  • What if I don't want to have a developer available on a weekly or monthly basis and just want changes completed to my site a couple times per year?
    We typically are happy to support these types of clients. If your site is hosted on our server, we typically charge $65/hour for most basic website maintenance. If your site is hosted on another server, our average charge is $85/hour for most basic website maintenance. We will always confirm the rate before any work begins.
  • How do I get my requirements to you and get the job started?
    Getting us very detailed, technical requirements is by far, the most important aspect of making changes to your website. Please be sure to submit very detailed information. For example, rather than saying, "...add all the pictures to that page...," we would recommend you say, "...add pic x, pic y, picz to the following page: www.domainname/page and have it centered at the bottom. Providing very general details is acceptable, as long as you understand it may take longer to get to your final goal.
  • How are hourly rates billed?
    Most important, is to understand that ALL hourly jobs are billed with a 2 hour minimum and then billed in 15 minute increments. In other words, if you just have a small change, it would be most cost effective to wait until you have at least 2 hours of work to do before submitting the job. In addition, all hourly job are charged immediately after the job is completed. For example, a client may request a half days work be done. We would do that work and charge their credit card 4 hours. The client would then be presented the new material. The client may then decide to make further changes based on what was presented and another 2 hours of work is then done. The client would then be charged for the additional 2 hours of work and then be presented with the new material for the second time.
